Staff Accountant

Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 / Annually / Bonus eligible

Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical, dental, vision, and, 401(k).

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with 1-2 years of experience. In this role, you will handle month-end close duties, reporting, bank/cash reconciliation, and various operational accounting duties.

The ideal candidate brings knowledge of the oil and gas industry and hands-on experience handling billing and sales and use tax duties.

• Records and posts journal entries for month-end close
• Processes expense reports
• Handles account and bank reconciliations
• Processes intercompany billing
• Assists accounting team with duties, as needed

• 1+ years of general accounting experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) preferred
• Experience working in an ERP system preferred
