Accounting Manager- CAREER PATH

I’m partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed industrial platform in Fort Worth that is looking to add a high-caliber Accounting Manager to its leadership team.

This is a true build-and-scale opportunity
, not a role where you simply inherit established processes and maintain the status quo.

Through aggressive acquisition-driven growth, the company has scaled to approximately $750M in revenue with a national footprint and continues to expand. With that growth comes significant investment in talent, systems, processes, and accounting infrastructure.

The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller and have meaningful exposure to CFO leadership, serving as a highly visible #2 within the accounting organization

What they’re looking for:

• Strong industry accounting experience within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution
• Hands-on cost accounting and inventory experience
• Public accounting + industry experience strongly preferred
• Multi-entity and/or acquisition integration experience is a plus
• Someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

This person will play an important role in month-end close, consolidations and reporting, cost and margin analysis, acquisition integrations, process improvement, internal controls, and team development while partnering closely with operations across the business.
