- Maintain audit readiness and compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies while driving continuous improvement and scalable processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- At least five years of progressive manufacturing or cost accounting experience; seven or more years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, manufacturing variances, cost of goods sold, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Experience establishing accounting processes and controls for a manufacturing startup, new facility, major expansion, ERP implementation, or process redesign strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing ERP systems required; SAP, particularly S/4
HANA and manufacturing/costing functionality, strongly preferred. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or similar reporting and analytics tools preferred.
