Financial Additions is seeking an Accounting Specialist on behalf of our client, to support daily accounting operations. This role will be responsible for customer invoicing, collections, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and general bookkeeping functions.
Location:
DFW Area
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Duration: 6-Week Contract with Potential for Extension
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Create and distribute customer invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Process customer credit card payments.
- Enter vendor invoices and maintain AP records.
- Allocate and reconcile company credit card expenses.
- Respond to customer and vendor billing inquiries.
- Support billing activities within the Warehouse and Sales teams.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Sage 100.
- Familiarity with online invoicing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or Exostar.
- Understanding of GAAP and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Wright Plan experience preferred.
