Holthouse currently offers a hybrid work model that allows eligible employees to work both remotely and in the office, based on business needs and team coordination. • Partner with tax, accounting, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional and technical solutions within Holthouse’s Treehouse.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, data validation, system conversions, and other implementation activities.
• Analyze existing tax and accounting processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement.
• Lead projects and work streams from planning through implementation, managing priorities, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in investigating complex data, system, and business-process issues and coordinate solutions across technical and functional teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members while helping establish scalable processes, documentation, and leading practices.
