Pro Sidian seeks an Administrative Services Administrative Assistant (AS1) – Key Personnel, W‑2 employee, exempt 874‑1 consultant – located in CONUS, Washington, DC. The role provides financial services sector work related to human capital solutions for administrative support services on behalf of The Department of the Treasury (USDT). These services are part of the Pro Sidian Financial Services Sector Group under NAICS code 541611, serving the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP).
The position operates under a blanket purchase agreement with a five‑year performance period, focusing on quality control and security compliance.
Provide general‑purpose administrative and clerical support for various program offices within the Department of the Treasury and BEP. Assist senior executives, managers, and supervisors with tasks related to management and general business operations. Responsibilities include word processing, graphics, desktop publishing, editing, meeting coordination and facilitation, answering telephones, photocopying, coordination of communications materials, drafting presentations, editing/proofreading documents, conducting research, and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Provide general‑purpose administrative and clerical support for project tasks.
- Perform word‑processing, graphics, desktop publishing, editing, meeting coordination and facilitation, answering telephones, photocopying, and coordination of communications materials.
- Execute additional tasks as required, such as drafting presentations, editing/proofreading documents or meeting materials, and conducting miscellaneous research tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time‑management skills and multitasking ability.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe products.
