M-F 8AM-5PM
Support daily print, imaging, and mail operations while working as part of a team to meet service-level deadlines. The role involves operating high-volume printing and mailing equipment, handling documents and mail, and providing general on-site and light building support. Requires standing for extended periods and hands-on use of production equipment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate high-volume copiers, digital printers, document imaging systems, and mail management equipment
Perform binding, finishing, quality control, and final checks
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, shipping, receiving, and postage application
Use document imaging and management software; operate MS Office and email systems
Open, save, transfer, and manage files per established protocols
Monitor convenience copiers, clear paper jams, perform daily quality checks, and report issues
Maintain service logs, meter readings, supply inventories, and basic billing records
Respond to customer service requests and coordinate service calls
Deliver completed jobs and supplies to designated locations; travel between buildings as needed
Distribute office supplies, mail, and fax transmissions
Perform filing, archiving, and document purging
Support meeting and conference room setups
Perform light maintenance, re-lamping, occupant moves, housekeeping, and other building support tasks
Operate bindery and finishing equipment including cutters, shrink-wrap, jogger, staplers, drills, and scales
Work occasional nights, weekends, or overtime for deadlines or emergencies
Perform other assigned duties as needed
High school diploma or GED
1 2 years of experience in print, copy, mailroom, or related operations preferred
Experience with high-volume printing and mailing equipment preferred
Strong customer service, organization, and prioritization skills
Basic PC skills; ability to use MS Office, email, and document management systems
Ability to calculate job charges and maintain records
Comfortable working on feet for long periods
Ability to lift 50 55 lbs. and push/pull equipment on wheels up to 700 lbs.
Ability to walk between buildings and perform bending, reaching, and light climbing
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite (no driving required for the role)
Willingness to work business-casual dress code
Comfortable with phone, virtual interviews, and team-based environments
Office-based work environment with moderate physical activity and equipment use
