We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Office Administrator to support our sales team and help keep the office running smoothly. This is a varied role suited to someone organized, friendly, and confident handling both customer enquiries and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team with finding biddable projects, quotes, sorting emails, and follow‑ups
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Maintaining customer records and basic reporting
- Managing general office administration and scheduling
- Assisting with SEO audits, AI, and target marketing
- Assisting with social media and marketing platforms
About You:
- Previous experience in sales support or office administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
