Responsibilities:- Manage the administrative operations of the business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and insurance billing.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth office functions.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate records, reports, and files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, therapy, and marketing, to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor and control office expenses, preparing and submitting budgets and financial reports as necessary.
