Business Process​/Project Manager

We are seeking a Business Process / Project Manager to support product and technology teams through project coordination, process improvement, stakeholder management, and operational planning.

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Partner with product, technology, engineering, and business leaders to drive successful execution.
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes, workflows, and ways of working.
• Track project priorities, timelines, deliverables, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and hybrid team engagements.
• Communicate project status, priorities, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues and proactively develop solutions.
• Align project activities with business goals and product strategies.
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, business process management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with product, technology, or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a large enterprise or highly matrixed organization.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of technology operations and technical concepts.

• Airline industry experience.
• Experience supporting product or technology leaders.
• Experience with business process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
