Entry Level Behavior Technician at ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services)

Pay Range: $19-$25/hour for clinical work based on experience.

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in our centers or in a home-based setting.
• Reinforce positive behavior using therapeutic techniques learned in our industry-leading training program.
• Track client progress and growth by recording clinical data on company-provided iPad.
• Create a fun and engaging therapeutic environment for clients of all ages.
• Facilitate client growth in communication, social, safety, and daily living skills based on BCBA-led programming and individual needs.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children.
• Good judgment when responding to common situations with clients.
• Effective and compassionate communication skills with children and caregivers.
• Experience as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteer is welcomed.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and navigate tablet technology.
• Reliable transportation to commute to ACES locations and client homes.
• Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at times most needed by families.
