Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the company's safety and health programs
• Travel extensively to job sites, with 11 days on and 3 days off (overtime paid)
• Supervise and support safety standards across projects
• Conduct safety training and education sessions
• Handle insurance claims and management
• Perform safety inspections and data analysis
• Investigate incidents and report to management
• Maintain safety reference materials on-site
• Participate in pre-work and preparatory meetings
• Establish and maintain a Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Deficiency Tracking System
• Manage hazardous chemical information and Safety Data Sheets
• Maintain weekly high-hazard activity lists
• Record site safety orientations and training

Job Requirements:

• OSHA 30-hour certification and minimum of 2 years construction safety experience
• First Aid and CPR certifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a government background check
• Availability to travel to project sites, including up to 2 weeks on-site per project

This role is primarily based in Abilene, TX, with potential travel to other locations including Oklahoma, Wyoming, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee.

Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour plus overtime eligibility
