Senior Project Manager – Construction
Infinity Contractors is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Superintendents, driving exceptional quality and customer service for our clients.
Base Pay Range: $/yr – $/yr
Reporting ToOperations Manager
Responsibilities- Develop workable solutions to prevent issues from becoming problems.
- Study bid documents to identify potential issues or opportunities before the project begins.
- Analyze drawings and create schedules that meet budget constraints.
- Collaborate with pre‑construction services staff and other operations personnel to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
- Review subcontractor scopes and identify risks or omissions.
- Promote open communication with the project team, owners, and clients.
- Track project budgets, identify shortcomings, and uncover opportunities to increase profit.
- Ensure accuracy in budget projections.
- Organize and attend coordination and site meetings with owners or as assigned.
- Maintain written documentation of significant changes in project scope, execution, or cost.
- Develop objectives and goals for team members.
- Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensure job processes comply with company policies.
- Confirm contractual standards are met before work begins.
- Ensure work quality meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Conduct quality assurance analysis on projects to prevent callbacks and warranty work.
- Perform job‑site walks with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with current and future clients and subcontractors to support growth.
- Initiate new projects with architects, engineers, owners, and general contractors.
- Communicate with the entire construction team at all times.
- Recruit high‑caliber personnel and participate in hiring, training, and supervision.
- Recognize and track employee progress, delegating appropriately to manage multiple project teams.
- Recognize and track employee progress, nominating individuals for promotions or incentive bonuses.
- Assist with interviewing prospective employees and make recommendations as requested by the General Superintendent.
- Ensure all Pueblo Mechanical and project‑specific safety requirements are met.
- Guarantee staff have personal protective equipment at all times.
- Coordinate with the safety officer for site visits and maintain a safe job site.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and punctual.
- Ability to multi‑task with excellent follow‑up skills both internally and externally.
- Professional appearance and speech.
- Experience with government facilities is a plus.
