About the Role: Are you looking to grow your career in the commercial construction industry? We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Drywall Estimator / Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In this hybrid role, you’ll support both the estimating and project management teams. You’ll assist in preparing accurate and competitive bids, while also helping manage awarded projects from start to finish.

- Review plans, specs, and other documentation to prepare accurate take-offs and estimates
- Assist with bid proposals and subcontractor pricing
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Support project managers in scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Attend job site meetings and help ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Maintain project documentation and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drywall estimating or project coordination (commercial focus preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, materials, and methods
- Proficiency with estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Valid (current) driver’s license
