Summary
:
The Field Safety Representative I is responsible for spending 100% of the time in the field observing and coaching coworkers. The role reinforces positive behavior through recognition and serves as a resource by answering safety questions and sharing lessons learned. The representative works hands‑on with the project team to improve project safety, quality, and productivity (SQP).

• Promotes IIF culture by serving as a safety resource on the project
• Assists in ensuring project compliance with all safety rules and regulations
• Assists with or conducts case management
• Ensures a safe work environment
• Participates in training and certifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of concrete construction experience and prior experience as a Field Safety Coordinator
• Must obtain OSHA 30‑hour certification within 3 months
