We are partnering with a leading mechanical contracting firm based in Fort Worth, Texas, specialising in delivering high-quality HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems across various sectors, including healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects. With over 40 years of experience, they are renowned for their expertise in design-build and design-assist project delivery methods, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

They are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team, with a focus on a significant healthcare project in Forney, TX. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a complex and impactful project within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all phases of the project, from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain project timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare and review project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in healthcare projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
