Our client is seeking a Senior
Superintendent who takes pride in running a safe, organized, and quality‑driven jobsite. This is a great opportunity for a builder who thrives on teamwork, communication, and seeing projects through from dirt to delivery.

You’ll oversee all field operations on ground‑up commercial projects ranging from $50M–$100M+. You’ll work closely with the project manager, lead subcontractors, and ensure the project is built safely, on schedule, and to spec.

• Direct all on‑site construction activities and personnel
• Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards
• Coordinate daily with project management and subcontractors
• Maintain project schedules and look‑ahead plans
• Foster a collaborative, solutions‑focused environment

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Sr. Superintendent
• Proven track record delivering commercial or institutional projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
