Construction Superintendent; Industrial Projects

DFW-Based General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Industrial (warehouse/tilt-wall) projects through completion. The Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects.

The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, Renovations, and/or Build Outs of various Industrial projects, including Tilt Wall Logistic Centers, Warehouses, conversions or other complex Industrial/Manufacturing projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget while managing owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships
• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
• Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and the company's safety program

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experience
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
• Experience in industrial/warehouse conversions into office spaces AND/OR Ground up/tilt-wall construction of warehouses and industrial buildings
