Superintendent – K12 Construction Project – Dallas, TX
Blayze Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading commercial general contractor in their search for an experienced Superintendent to lead a high-profile K12 construction project in the Dallas, TX area.
Base Pay Range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive pre-job plans
- Lead weekly staff and production meetings
- Determine appropriate construction methods and techniques
- Oversee and ensure top-tier quality control throughout the project
- Maintain project schedule, including creation of 2–3 week look-ahead plans
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors daily
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues
- Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience (K12/School project experience highly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage all aspects of site construction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
