You will maintain project records, track submittals and shop drawings, prepare change orders, and produce monthly progress reports, coordinating with staff and TxDOT personnel. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5–10 years of experience are preferred; EIT or NICET certification are a plus.
