Job Summary:
Lead hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement.
Oversee construction activities from start to finish.
Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
Identify issues and resolve project challenges.
Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
Mentor and support project team members.
Requirements:
10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
Hospitality construction experience, preferably hotels or resorts.
Strong knowledge of construction budgets, contracts, scheduling, and procurement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite and support projects in the DFW area.
Construction-related degree preferred or equivalent experience.
