The General Superintendent provides strategic leadership for all field operations across multiple projects and regions. This executive-level position drives safety, manpower planning, productivity, quality, and operational excellence throughout the Electrical Division, ensuring consistent field execution standards on large-scale projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
General Superintendent Responsibilities- Lead and manage all field operations across multiple projects.
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies.
- Direct Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, and Foremen.
- Partner with Operations, Safety, and Project Management leadership.
- Ensure consistent field execution standards across all projects.
- Drive productivity initiatives and labor performance.
- Champion safety culture and workforce development.
- Participate in strategic planning and operational leadership meetings.
- 15+ years of commercial electrical construction field leadership experience.
- Extensive experience on large-scale projects and multi-project oversight.
- Strong leadership, workforce planning, and operational management skills.
- Proven ability to lead large field organizations.
