Construction Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and proactive Construction Coordinator to support our reconstruction team. This role helps keep projects moving by maintaining documentation and assisting project managers with rebuild projects following water, fire, and other property damage. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple jobs at different stages. The ideal candidate has experience in construction coordination, restoration, or insurance-related reconstruction projects.

Project Coordination

• Support Project Managers with coordinating needs from start to completion
• Maintain project timelines and help ensure milestones are met
• Assist with managing job files, project documentation, and tracking systems
• Help identify scheduling conflicts or project delays early so they can be addressed
• Track change orders and ensure they are properly documented
• Assist with project updates for insurance adjusters and internal reporting

Communication & Qualifications

• Provide scheduling updates and progress communication to customers/adjusters
• Experience in construction coordination, construction administration, or restoration project support preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Xactimate knowledge a plus
