We are seeking a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to support a major airline's customer-facing native mobile applications. This role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and engaging iOS and Android experiences within a collaborative, enterprise product environment.
The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on Figma and interaction design skills, experience designing native mobile applications, and a portfolio that clearly demonstrates their design process from discovery through implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end native iOS and Android experiences, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences.
Apply UX best practices, research insights, and design principles to influence product decisions.
Create and maintain interaction patterns and reusable components aligned with established design systems.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
Develop information architecture, user flows, and detailed UX documentation.
Present design recommendations clearly to stakeholders, incorporating user feedback and business requirements.
Collaborate within Agile teams from discovery through implementation.
Required Qualifications3+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
Hands‑on experience designing native iOS and Android applications.
Strong proficiency in Figma, interaction design, wire framing, and prototyping.
Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
Understanding of mobile design patterns, usability, accessibility, and responsive/adaptive design.
Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing.
Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
A clean, modern portfolio showcasing native mobile work, design thinking, and end-to-end UX process.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Preferred QualificationsExperience designing consumer‑facing mobile applications within large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted design workflows.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Area; candidates must already reside locally
Hybrid
Schedule:
Onsite Tuesday–Thursday (mandatory); remote Monday and Friday
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no H-1B, no C2C)
Duration: 12+ month W2 contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion
Interview Process: Two rounds — initial virtual interview followed by an onsite interview
Portfolio: Required for consideration; portfolio and Linked In URLs must be included on the resume

Pay Range: Up to $60 per hour (W2)
