Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
