Hand and Stone is seeking Spa Associates to join our fun-loving, vibrant team! We are an affordable upscale day spa located in Weatherford. Our spa associate team delivers an industry leading client experience for every customer.

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Answer phones and accurately schedule appointments
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage and facial therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Promote a positive, energetic atmosphere
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Knowledge of Microsoft windows and Zenoti (will train)
• Able to communicate effectively with team members as well as clients
• Ability to multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest experience

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
