The Hiley Automotive Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative for our busy multi-dealership BDC. You will handle customer calls, internet and live chat inquiries, and schedule service appointments with a focus on superior customer experiences.
Ideal candidates bring at least one year in customer service, a collaborative attitude, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to work hours when the BDC is open.
