As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support government and municipal clients by ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. You will manage a high volume of transactions, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain detailed records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, offering a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where attention to detail is key.

  3 agents: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 3 agents: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution, including payment processing, inquiries, complaints, and information requests.
• Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, aiming for high satisfaction.
• Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.
• Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls.
• Comfortable using computers, including email and web browsers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or data entry.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high integrity and confidentiality.
