Position: 100% Outpatient PAD

Responsibilities

Considering physicians from Vascular Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, or Interventional Radiology.

Primarily looking to staff El Paso & the Greater Houston-area

Also considering Proceduralists for DFW, McAllen, Laredo, Corpus Christi, and Victoria

Starting pay b/w 400-650K, depending on experience and skill set

Significant equity buy-in opportunity available -- $1M+ in annual compensation attainable

100% outpatient, private practice

Cases will be performed at freestanding OBLs

Primary procedure is PAD revascularization... advanced, complex, below-the-knee disease, pedal loop reconstruction, atherectomies, pedal access, SAFARI, IVUS, CO2 angiograms

Will soon be adding veins, and potentially PAE, GAE, and/or other procedures that match your skill set

No nights, no call, no weekends, no admin work

Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8a-5p

Plenty of well-trained support staff, smooth operations

No scut, politics, or bureaucracy

Minimal paperwork, all digital

Qualifications

Active state license required to interview

PAD revascularization proficiency:
Safe with low complication rate, strong and fast with advanced, complex, below-the-knee & below-the-ankle disease, pedal loop reconstruction, atherectomies, pedal access, SAFARI, IVUS; this is an absolute requirement

Experience with varicose vein embolization

PAE, GAE experience a plus but not required

Recent fellowship grads will be considered as long as they have at least 200 PAD cases under their belt

Excellent bedside manner, customer service-oriented attitude, no ego

Likeable personality, charisma, motivation, and drive; ability to build relationships with Referring Physicians and grow volumes

Desire to help patients, continuously improve the practice, and grow volumes -- these are priority.

We are looking for a Swiss-army knife skill set/talent stack... technical proficiency, charisma and sales & influence ability, customer service, leadership, business acumen, and tech savviness. Dedicate the next 5 years and generate tremendous wealth during this time.

Leadership ability with staff/team

Tech savvy, fundamental grasp of healthcare business principles

Strong English language and overall communication skills
