Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Associate Dentist at our clinic located in Fort Worth, TX. The Associate Dentist will perform routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions, while providing high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities include diagnosing dental conditions, creating treatment plans, educating patients on oral hygiene, and ensuring a compassionate and professional experience. The Associate Dentist will also collaborate with the dental team to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in general dentistry skills, such as performing oral examinations, restorations, extractions, and other common dental procedures
  • Knowledge of patient education techniques, including the ability to communicate oral hygiene practices and treatment plans effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members
  • Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active dental license in the state of Texas
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Experience with dental technology and electronic medical systems is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
