We are looking for a friendly, personable, motivated, people centric individual to add to our rock star team! Our office has four ops in Fort Worth and we are currently looking for someone to fill a full-time (32 hour per week) front office position. We are open Monday-Thursday 9-5 pm and some Fridays half days usually. Admin days on designated Fridays.
Our team desires the right individual to grow with our team, enjoy their time at work, be challenged with what they do, and most importantly, make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Must have experience relevant job experience in medical or dental front office administration with knowledge of insurance verification. Must also have effective time management skills ,experience in working as a team and be comfortable communicating effectively to patients in regards to their dental treatment. Dentrix knowledge is a plus but will train the right person.
Please keep in mind we will only interview those whom we feel are looking for the long term and committed to the roll of front office dental receptionist

ResponsibilitiesKeep scheduled filled and productive by contacting past due recare and unscheduled tx plans daily
Answer phone, Greet patient during check in and check out procedures
Verify patient eligibility daily
Discuss patient copays, present tx plans
Shares key responsibility in filling open hygiene appointments.
Manage A/R Report
Create and process billing statements
Enter insurance payments
Make appointment confirmations
Take ownership of schedule to make daily goals
Fill cancellations for the current day and next day from the current recall list.
Office Participation:
Be active in staff meetings
Perform other task as assigned by Dr.
Help maintain clean disinfected space
May assist in ordering supplies etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
