What youll do

• Lead the human side of onboarding for new Elva practices
• Run focused staff sessions on patient loyalty, in-office experience, and how to use newly freed-up time
• Help owners and teams reimagine roles from operational firefighting to patient-growth champions
• Coach practices on turning freed capacity into growth: deeper patient care, reactivation, and even new locations
• Own activation, adoption, and retention for your practices
• Turn what works in the field into Elvas adoption playbook and training course

• Youve stood at a dental front desk as an office manager, practice consultant, or similar. You know the job from the inside.
• Senior and credible coaching both practice owners and their staff through change
• Part operations expert, part change manager, part coach
• Energized by transforming how people work, not just installing software
• A clear, persuasive communicator who can calm a nervous team and raise an owners ambition
