Responsibilities- Fiscal responsibility for meeting targeted profit goals
- Preparation of project work plans, managing project design staff, maintain project status reports
- Able to research and implement policies and procedures, UFC’s, guidance documents, regulations, design guides, etc.
- Evaluate work progress and report production expectations
- Aligning efforts with contract scope and deliverables
- Project delivery, communications with PIC, project team, accounting, and subcontractor relations
- Participation in architectural design as required
- Scheduling and coordinating quality control reviews and documentation
- Understand and prepare architectural detailing required to project document production
- Participate in technical discussions with contractor, consultants, projects teams, and clients
- Respond to plan review comments, construction submittals, and request for information
- Supporting the design process in conjunction with delivering the construction documents
- Understanding the contracts on assigned project(s) and how they impact project delivery
- Understanding the teams assigned hours for given tasks on project(s)
- Understand and utilize information found in project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Perform observations during project construction, confirming compliance with contract documents for senior staff
- Being a positive representative for the firm within our industry
- Building/expand client relationships in support of project delivery
- Work with PIC to seek new business opportunities or expanding existing client services
- Registered Architectural license preferred
- Proficient in Revit preferred
- 10-15 years of professional experience in an architectural or A/E firm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and mindfulness
- Ability to travel to project sites and/or meetings, as required
