Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

* Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing innovative and relevant project solutions.

* Manage effective communication between the client and internal project teams

* Develop and manage project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget to achieve successful project outcomes

* Monitor project costs, staffing, and resource utilization to maintain profitability

* Direct and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

* Support team members to ensure timely and quality project completion

* Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to client development initiatives

* Conduct site visits and assessments as needed

* Develop design concepts and proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications

* Collaborate with engineering teams and external consultants to integrate systems and designs

* Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and securing approvals

Qualifications

* Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare design

* At least 3 years of experience managing healthcare projects

* Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketch Up

* Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support effective collaboration across teams and with clients
