Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities- Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing innovative and relevant project solutions.
- Manage effective communication between the client and internal project teams.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project costs, staffing, and resource utilization to maintain profitability.
- Direct and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support team members to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to client development initiatives.
- Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.
- Develop design concepts and proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and external consultants to integrate systems and designs.
- Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and securing approvals.
- Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare design.
- At least 3 years of experience managing healthcare projects.
- Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketch Up.
- Strong time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support effective collaboration across teams and with clients.
