Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

• Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing innovative and relevant project solutions.
• Manage effective communication between the client and internal project teams.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project costs, staffing, and resource utilization to maintain profitability.
• Direct and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support team members to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to client development initiatives.
• Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.
• Develop design concepts and proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and external consultants to integrate systems and designs.
• Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and securing approvals.

• Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare design.
• At least 3 years of experience managing healthcare projects.
• Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketch Up.
• Strong time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support effective collaboration across teams and with clients.
