Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the daily operation, coordination,execution, and support of video- and audio-enabled events,meetings, and conferences throughout the Tarrant County College District (TCCD).

• Leads all phases of video production for the College, including directing, editing, lighting, audio, and field or studio operations
• Manages live streaming productions and virtual events, including equipment setup, platform administration, and delivery through video-on-demand systems, You Tube Live, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
• Coordinates production team members and collaborates with campussupport departments to ensure successful project execution
• Provides consultation and technical guidance to faculty, staff,and leadership on video production and live-streaming initiatives
• Recommends audio and video equipment, computer software and hardware, and materials for use in television production facilities

• Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
• Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
• Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
• Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

• Works under the supervision of the assigned department leader

• Associate’s degree or 60 college credit hours and three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education andwork-related experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Video Production or related field
• At least one (1) year’s professional working experience in ahigher education environment
• Adobe Certified Professional – Premiere Pro

• Knowledge of video streaming platforms, device software, and the configuration and interconnectivity of video production equipment and systems used to support large-scale live streaming events
• Knowledge of video and audio production hardware, equipment, and related technologies used in multimedia production environments
• Knowledge of basic and advanced editing concepts and the codecs,file formats, and compression standards used in the creation and delivery of digital media content
• Skilled in performing and prioritizing multiple tasks seamlessly,ensuring accurate and timely completion while exhibiting strong attention to detail and organization
• Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service and building effective interpersonal relationships, including strong listening,verbal, and written communication skills
