. At The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, our board‑certified physicians provide cancer treatment to more than 12,000 patients annually at locations throughout the Dallas‑Fort‑Worth area. We offer cutting‑edge chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, hormonal therapy, and biological therapy, and we provide opportunities to work on groundbreaking clinical trials.
Our physics team consists of seven physicists, five dosimetrists, and four radiation oncologists. We value efficiency, clear communication, teamwork, and professional growth, and we actively support projects involving standardization, QA optimization, scripting, automation, and enhancement of clinical care.
Candidate Qualifications- A certification and a Texas Medical Physics license are required; support is provided for those needing to go through the Texas Medical Board process.
- Experience with Varian platforms (True Beam, Eclipse, ARIA) and advanced techniques such as SRS/SBRT is required.
- Proficiency in routine clinical physics duties, independent problem‑solving skills, and commitment to teamwork and interdisciplinary patient care.
- At least five years of experience is preferred.
- HDR and LDR prostate experience is a bonus.
- Over 450 dedicated team members, including approximately 35 physicians and 15 advanced practitioners.
- Comprehensive oncology services:
Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Hematology, Surgical Oncology, Integrative Medicine, and extensive supportive care programs. - Advanced imaging capabilities featuring PET/CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, CT, X‑ray, and ultrasound.
- Radiation therapy supported by nine linacs (5 True Beams, 4 C‑Series) and two HDR units across seven total sites.

- Flexible scheduling: a "9 days per pay period" schedule, allowing every other Friday or Monday off.
