Requirements
- MD or DO candidates.
- Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
- Cardiology fellowship completion required from an accredited program.
- Additional fellowship completion in heart failure required from an accredited program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible in cardiology and heart failure.
- Experience with advanced heart failure therapies (including LVADs) is required.
- Current Texas license or willingness to obtain.
- Ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence‑based practice. Excellent communication and personal skills are key, as well as a collaborative mindset with a commitment to team‑based care.
