People First in Fort Worth, TX
Local Team Collaboration
- Join our close-knit team of 20 physicians and 57 CRNAs at John Peter Smith Hospital.
- Work alongside four physicians who are dedicated OB fellowship-trained anesthesiologists.
- We work closely with our hospital’s CRNA colleagues to provide the best anesthesia care possible for the Fort Worth community.
- 13 busy ORs, IR cases with critical patients in the EP lab, and GI and OB.
- Board-certified/board-eligible in anesthesia.
- Extensive high-risk OB experience.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible Scheduling
- 7 – 24-hour shifts in the OB unit (or equivalent 12-hour shifts) in 4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Dedicated to obstetric anesthesia work—no non-OB coverage during OB shifts.
- Comfortable in a Level I trauma center with high-risk OB.
- Maternal levels of care Level IV – with a sizeable high-risk population, necessitating that we provide 24-hour coverage with OB-trained anesthesiologists
- Use EPIC, with access to our internal informatics platform.

- Compensation:
Base yearly salary of $500,000 + a $25,000 quality bonus incentive. - Benefits:
