On Time Talent Solutions is searching for a full-time Surgeon. You will work closely with the hospital and surgical staff to create a vision for General Surgery in the community and expand the scope of practice. This is a high-level position and candidates need to meet all requirements below to be eligible for consideration

• Reviewing patient records and making diagnoses to determine if there is a need for surgery as a preventive or corrective measure.
• Assessing and providing patient with risk factors involved with going through or not going through with surgery.
• Performance of surgical procedures to prevent or correct injury, diseases, deformities, patient function, and or quality of life following all regulatory and ethical protocols.
• Examining all instruments, equipment and the operating room to ensure sterility. Directing and coordinating the activities of hospital staff including nurses, assistants, and specialist for proper patient care.

• Medical Doctorate degree (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an approved school of medicine
• Must have demonstrated experience in designated specialty area
• Must have a current, unrestricted Medical Licensure
• Must be board certified or be eligible for board certification within designated specialty
