• Level I Trauma Center
• One hospital site-no traveling between facilities
• Supportive culture with CRNA medical direction/supervision & Docs doing own cases
• Broad Case Mix:
  Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Ortho, General Surgery, GI, OB, and Plastics
• Lot of opportunity for Regional Blocks
• No Pediatrics
• Many cardiopulmonary bypass cases each year including valves, CABGs, minimally invasive, and aortic procedures
• High volume structural heart program with TAVRs, Mitral clips, Tricuspid clips, & Watchmans
• State of the art, advanced 3-D TEE machines
• New operating rooms, excellent equipment, the newest tech, and Epic EHR

Compensation

• $600,000 salary + production
• $50,000 CV stipend
• $60,000 Sign On Bonus
