- Leading, Management, and Accountability
- Maintain Expertise & Awareness on Education Policies
- Serve as Agency’s Voice in Strategic Partnership
- Prioritize, Advocate for, and Develop Strategies to Ensure Student Success
- Streamline and integrate our Education Programs to ensure a strong return on investment for our students, school partners, and CCFW.
- Implement and maintain education initiatives in line with the agency’s overall plan.
- Represent CCFW professionally at local, state and national events & meetings
- Discover methods to improve and showcase our education solutions.
- Assess and benchmark our service impact to find ways to enhance and showcase program successes.
- Increase and broaden our influence on college persistence, service completion, and the number of students served.
- Seek financial support to expand and improve our model and impact.
- Maintain expertise and awareness on education policies and trends to inform agency decisions.
- Maintain knowledge of college persistence programs nationwide.
- Develop understanding of Secondary Education policies and guidelines impacting college persistence.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with college/university leadership, community and corporate partners, and policy makers.
- Establish educational partnerships that support program growth and success.
- Stay current on latest research and best practices regarding college persistence.
- Ensure necessary data and metric compliance to meet grant/contractual obligations.
- Share our learnings and best practices in written and in person presentations.
- Be accountable to Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors for Education Pathway.
- Master’s in Education/related field preferred or comparable years of experience
- 5+ Years of Leadership Experience in the Education System;
Higher Education Leadership Strongly Preferred
- Full-Time, salary position. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
