Role Description

The Campus Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Principal will oversee all aspects of the campus's operations, including but not limited to setting and achieving academic goals, managing staff, fostering teacher development, and maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment for all students. Key responsibilities include collaborating with district leadership, implementing curriculum, monitoring student progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while fostering positive relationships with students, families, and the community.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and classroom management
  • Experience in staff development, evaluation, and fostering professional growth
  • Ability to analyze student performance data and implement effective improvement strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with parents, families, and community partners
  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
  • Required principal certification and experience in school administration
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success
