We are considering applicants for a full-time role.

The full-time role (Monday through Friday, 9-5) is an in-person position at our office in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their campaigns run smoothly from conception to completion. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects across various teams. Account Representatives work closely with copywriters, the Digital Strategy team, and the Fundraising team to execute data-driven campaigns, oversee audience segmentation, and deliver comprehensive performance reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Lead weekly check-ins to review progress, align priorities, and offer recommendations.
  • Plan and manage campaign life cycles, coordinating with Digital Strategy, Fundraising, Technology, and other teams.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (email engagement, fundraising, event sales, social data).
  • Guide client onboarding through expectation sheets and surveys.
  • Ensure accurate audience segmentation and tagging for petitions, surveys, and campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in account management or campaign coordination (nonprofit or agency preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with ESPs, CRMs, and donation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with attention to detail.
