This position provides both autonomy and institutional support to elevate our advanced learning methodology. Grounded in learning science and enhanced by adaptive technology, our approach challenges conventional education.
Your expertise is essential to its successful execution.
You will serve as a catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than merely instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing playbook development, feedback systems, and demonstration of superior facilitation techniques.

- Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality.
- Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning experiences, and challenge resolution strategies.
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
- Personally coaching a small student cohort to exemplify expert mentorship and motivational approaches.
- Developing lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them as outstanding facilitators.
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that expectation.
- Conducting uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
- Direct experience working with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics for informed decision‑making and ongoing improvement.
