gt.school equips gifted and talented learners with the tools to finish high school by 8th grade—achieving in months what traditionally takes years (5-10x acceleration). You will harness AI-driven adaptive learning to customize every student's path, cultivating academic excellence alongside emotional intelligence and resilience.

We seek coaches who recognize themselves in our students: individuals driven to achieve more in less time. This is not a conventional teaching position. You will serve as a coach and mentor, applying AI technologies and motivational strategies to enable gifted children to complete high school years ahead of schedule. There is no classroom management or traditional lesson delivery.

• Mentor and inspire gifted learners to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways
• Guide students in building essential life skills—resilience, grit, public speaking, focus—in tandem with academic achievement
• Utilize AI-powered tools to monitor student progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
• Encourage students to progress in adaptive learning platforms and reach ambitious educational milestones
• Work alongside a team dedicated to transforming education for high-performing students

• Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
• Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual‑enrollment, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high‑achieving youth
• Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational setting (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
