As a Lead Teacher, you will lead classroom instruction, mentor assistant teachers, and collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across multiple developmental areas.

• Lead and inspire students, creating a safe, nurturing environment.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan developmentally‑appropriate activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents to build strong partnerships.
• Support assistants in classroom tasks and professional growth.

• Certified or credentialed in early childhood education (or equivalent).
• Prior teaching experience in early childhood settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
