The Director of Alumni Engagement & Advancement Communications is responsible for leading a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy for healthcare professionals while overseeing all advancement communications initiatives. This includes managing multi‑channel outreach such as targeted email campaigns, text messaging, social media engagement, and promotional strategies for alumni events to strengthen connections and elevate institutional priorities. In addition, the Director carries a portfolio of 25‑50 alumni leadership donors/prospects to deepen relationships and secure annual and special gifts.
The role collaborates closely with Institutional Advancement, Colleges, Marketing/Communications, and Academic leadership to deliver an integrated alumni experience that combines strategic engagement with impactful storytelling across all platforms.
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
