• Provide specialized mathematics instruction in small-group/resource settings for students in grades 6-12, adapting instruction to individual learning needs.
• Manage assigned special education caseload responsibilities, including service documentation, progress monitoring, and required records.
• Collaborate with the Special Education and general education teams to develop and implement effective instructional and support strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction and interventions to promote measurable growth in mathematics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Texas Special Education Certification for grades 6+ (Middle/High School)
• Valid Texas Content Area or Generalist Certification appropriate for the grades served (6+ or K-5)
• Mathematics teaching or instructional experience strongly preferred, particularly experience providing small-group or resource support to students with disabilities

• Competitive Pay:
