Admissions Representative

Arclabs Welding School is a dedicated training facility providing welder training, testing, and certifications for individuals at all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals. The school also supports businesses in the welding industry through employee training, certification services, OSHA courses, and welding consulting, including the development of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). As one of the only Accredited Testing Facilities for the American Welding Society (AWS) in South Carolina, Arclabs stands out as a leader in specialized welding education and services.

The Admissions Representative will play a vital role in engaging prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and supporting the growth of our welding school. Responsibilities include consulting with prospective students to understand their goals, delivering exceptional customer service, guiding them through enrollment, and meeting enrollment objectives. Additional responsibilities include conducting follow-ups with potential students and collaborating with team members to achieve enrollment goals.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to develop positive relationships
• Exceptional Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on creating positive experiences
• Sales experience or related skills to effectively guide prospective students
• Experience with Training or orientation processes is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
